Tiled Laundry Room Floor

As many of you know, I was in California with my girls last week visiting friends and family. We spent every day shopping...more posts to come on the places we went. Here's the previous post on my laundry room when I added the accessories.
While my girls and I were having fun in Southern California, Mr. Fanatic was working & in the evening he came home and installed a new tile floor in our laundry room! What a guy! This is what it looks like now:

This is what the vinyl floor looked like before.

And this is what it looks like now:

So purdy! And easy to clean! Yay!!! The cost for this project was aproximately $125, which included Tile (on sale at Lowe's for 97 cents a sq. ft), backerboard, screws & new base & shoe molding.

This was so nice to come home to! How great is that? ... Maybe I should go away more often! LOL! (Only kidding honey!)
Thanks for stopping by,

Pam, that looks great. I am jealous of how neat and large your laundry room is. Mine is a mess. I have got to get organized.

Pam, what a great job and I love those black baskets with the cutest linings at the back of your laundry area. I'll bet it makes you happy to laundry or is that going too far. :)

I am envious of your laundry room; mine is in an unfinished part of the basement. The floor looked good even before it was redone.
Happy laundering!

I'm with Kim, I sure wish my laundry room looked like that. Green, black, and white always look awesome together!

Wow - you are totally organized! My laundry room has 7 sizes of shipping boxes (for Etsy orders) stacked against the wall, with just enough room for the dryer door to open!

Love the color paint you chose for the walls!
