Side Table Paint Makeover

Oh, if only painted wood outdoors didn't require maintenance. Who am I kidding? What fun would that be? A little peeling paint is a great excuse to try out a new paint color!

I found this  little side table several years ago at either TJ Maxx or HomeGoods. The wood stain needed some help after a few seasons outside on our patio in the woods, so  I painted it  blue, then found it a new home on the basement patio. It was looking a little ragged and it needed a little freshening up...

...so, I painted it Fern green by Rustoleum. I've loved this spray paint ever since using it on my Front Porch this past Spring.

Maybe one of these days I'll break down and paint the  bench. What do you think?

I'm always amazed at how a coat of paint can change everything!
What needs painting at your house that you can't wait to get finished?

That green is really pretty! I still need to do some touch up painting in the kitchen. I'm just not into it.

The green is lovely with the hydrangeas. I bought two chairs this weekend for six dollars and I might paint them. I not into painting but for that price I cannot mess up much.

Green is always a perfect color! It is just happy! The table looks great! I am about to do a third coat on Jemma's bedroom. I must have gotten a funky can of paint because I can see roller marks after the second coat. I went to the store and told them and they gave me a free can of the top of the line Benjamin Moore! Hopefully that will do the trick!

Your cute little table looks great in its' new green! The benc would look good in paint, too. The green would be nice, although I'd also love it in white.

Great job ~ I love the green (and I'm not a fan of the color green but this is perfect for a porch) and think that the bench would look great that color too but also like it the way it is as well. A hard choice to make!

Beautiful hydrangeas~

I'm a visitor from Dedicated House and thanks for stopping by to visit my blog. :)
