Hope you all had a fantastic weekend! I am so excited that I was able to squeeze in a project that I've wanted to do for a long time.
Here's a peek of the lamp I made over. I have two matching lamps, but was only able to finish one.
Here's what the lamps looked like before:
...and here's the after:
The burlap lampshade is just a mock-up. Will have to finish that later, as well.
Hope you worked on something fun this weekend, too!

Gorgeous makeover! I like this so much better then the gold. Once again, you've done an excellent job on the paint and the choices too! Love it!

Wow! Much better and the burlap looks great too! The birdie on the pedestal is also a very nice touch. I'm your newest follower stop by for a blog visit!!
Lovely transformation and great new colour. Well done!
Wow, this looks fabulous and your blog too. I am following you and I hope to see you at My Dream Canvas.
I'm curious ... were the lamps vintage brass? I bought two vintage brass pineapple lamps at a yard sale recently and have been debating whether to paint them or not.
Great makeover on the lamp bases! It looks phenomenal with the shade!
